Yellow Quartz is the stone for gray days, literally and otherwise, when you need a little sunlight in your pocket. Working through the solar plexus, it’s linked with optimism, self-confidence and the personal power to act on your own ideas instead of waiting for permission. It’s a good one to keep close before a presentation, a negotiation or any day you need to show up as the most capable version of yourself. As a quartz, it carries the family gift of amplification and clear thinking, cutting through mental fog so decisions feel simpler. On the mystical side, it’s traditionally used to charge intentions around confidence and success, a gentler cousin to citrine. Its buttery color comes from traces of iron in the quartz.
