SHIPPING POLICIES

• We typically ship all packages upon receipt within 7 business days, but the turnaround time is usually 3 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. Exceptions will happen and we will do our best to notify if you if there is a significant delay with the shipment.
• Rest assured that your package is automatically insured up to $200 through Shipsurance. Seeking Wellth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but these rare occurances are covered by Shipsurance. Please contact Shipsurance or USPS directly to file a claim for a damaged, delayed or a lost item. You may also contact Seeking Wellth directly about a damaged item, or if an item is "not as described." Given the natural nature of crystals, replacements/exchanges/refunds are not guaranteed, but we will review claims case by case.
• Packages returned to Seeking Wellth by the post office or shipping carrier will be held for 15 days; if your package was returned to Seeking Wellth please contact Seeking Wellth to arrange reshipment, at which the buyer will assume the hard shipping costs to resend the package. After 15 days, the returned items are eligible for a refund minus hard shipping costs and a $2/item restock fee.
• Please double check that your address and billing information is correct before paying. Seeking Wellth is not responsible for errors made during checkout and can not cancel an order after it is placed.
