Freckled with sunlight. These flat, oval Sunstone worry stones are a pale peachy cream scattered with bright tangerine and copper speckles, with a smooth thumb groove on one face. Some pieces lean rosier and more translucent, others creamier, with the orange flecks clustered in little constellations.

Sunstone is the stone for when life has lost a little of its sweetness. It’s a joyful, light-filled stone that restores good nature and joie de vivre, and it lets your real self shine through without apology. It’s a favorite for people who struggle to say no and keep making sacrifices for everyone else: it’s known for gently cutting the energetic “hooks” others leave in us, returning what isn’t yours and encouraging self-empowerment and independence. Traditionally linked with benevolent gods, luck and good fortune, it’s a lovely stone to carry into the season when the days get short. That glittering sheen, called aventurescence, comes from tiny plates of hematite and goethite inside the feldspar catching the light like sun on water.
