Ladders of light. This Lemurian Quartz point is water-clear to softly frosted, with a sharp, well-formed tip and the signature horizontal ridges running across its faces. Inside, veils and wisps catch the light, a soft blue glow shows in one face, and a sprinkling of tiny rust-colored flecks dots the body.

Lemurian Quartz is the stone for when you feel like you’ve lost track of who you really are under the to-do lists. Like all clear quartz it amplifies intention and clears the mind, but Lemurians carry a gentler, deeply loving energy, and they’re prized for meditation, helping you drop past the mental chatter into a feeling of oneness. Run a fingertip down the horizontal ridges across their faces: legend says these are messages encoded by the Lemurians, a peaceful, spiritually advanced civilization said to have lived before Atlantis, who planted the crystals to be found when the world was ready. They’re especially loved by sensitive souls and starseeds who feel a little homesick for somewhere they can’t name. Lemurian seed crystals first came out of the mountains of Minas Gerais, Brazil, in the late 1990s and quickly became the stuff of crystal lore.
