Frozen water you can rest your crystals on. This Selenite plate is clear and glassy-looking with a soft frosted rim, layered with internal lines and veils that catch the light, and a shallow dish shape for holding stones, rings and jewelry.

Selenite is the stone for clearing the air: in a room, in your head and around your other crystals. Most people keep a piece to cleanse and recharge their collection; set stones and jewelry on a selenite plate overnight and they come back feeling refreshed. It brings a calm, high-vibration clarity that helps when your thoughts are tangled or a decision keeps going in circles, and many keep a piece by the front door or bed so a space stays light. On the mystical side, it’s a classic for meditation, angelic connection and reaching the higher self, opening the crown so guidance can come through. Its name comes from Selene, Greek goddess of the moon, for its soft pearly glow. A form of gypsum, it’s soft and dissolves in water, so keep it dry.
