These Lapis Lazuli worry stones are flat ovals with a thumb groove, striped in deep royal and ultramarine blue with bands of soft grey and white and a scatter of gold flecks.

Lapis Lazuli is the stone for saying what you actually think, especially in the moments you’d usually swallow it: the meeting, the family dinner, the conversation that’s been waiting for months. It’s known for encouraging honest self-expression without cruelty and for bringing depth and harmony to friendships, so you draw in people who can meet you there. A classic for learning and higher study, it stirs a real hunger for knowledge and wisdom. On the mystical side, it opens the third eye and is prized for dreamwork, intuition and contact with spirit guardians, and it has long been carried as a stone of protection. Lapis has been mined in the mountains of Afghanistan for more than 6,000 years. Its gold flecks are pyrite, and ground lapis became ultramarine, the precious blue Renaissance painters saved for the Virgin’s robes.
