The Shiva Shell, Shiva Eye Shell, or Cat’s Eye Shell, is a powerful protector and is associated with the third eye chakra and the Hindu God Shiva.

Made from the operculum, or “little lid”, which covers the opening of shelled snails, this shell was a powerful protector in it’s past life. When in place it protects the snail's single point of vulnerability, allowing the snail to feel safe and at home in its shell. The shell is naturally comforting and grounding, it has the feel of both the sea and the earth. 

With its strong association to the third eye chakra, it can aid perception and awareness.
