How long does the promotion last?

The gift-with-purchase offer runs throughout the holiday season (while supplies last). If inventory for a tier runs out, we’ll replace it with something of equal or higher value.

Does this promo combine with other discounts?

Yes — your free gift applies even during sitewide holiday sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and any discount codes you use (unless a rare code states otherwise). You will need to spend the actual amount related to the tier AFTER all discounts apply.

Will I see the free gift in my cart?

At this time the free gift will NOT be visible in your electronic cart but TRUST it will be packed in your order! We are figuring out the technology now. 

Can I exchange or return the free gift?

Free gifts are not eligible for exchange or return. If anything arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. If you return an order, we ask that you please send back the free gift as well. 

I’m gifting an order to someone else. Will their free gift be included?

Yes — every order receives the gift. It will be included inside the package!

What size is the tumble and what size are the bracelets?

The tumbles are all .5"-1" each. The stretch bracelets are made with 6MM beads and are approximately 7.5" bracelet.
